Melissa came to Bjornson/Sentinel E&L in 1996, with 11 years experience on the agency side of the business. She started her career with Bjornson/Sentinel-E&L as a transportation underwriter. In 2002, she was promoted to Branch Manager.

Melissa graduated from Moorhead State University with a degree in Business Education.  She earned her CIC designation in 2003.

Rhonda started with Bjornson/Sentinel – E&L in 2001, as a transportation underwriter. She came to Bjornson/Sentinel with over 7 years of insurance experience including 3+ years on the retail side. In 2003, Rhonda was promoted to manager of the transportation department. She earned her Associate in Underwriting designation in 2000.

Rhonda graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris where she obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science.

With over 8 years of insurance experience, Kristy joined the Bjornson/Sentinel – E&L team in 2002 as a Transporation Underwriter. She started her career in the insurance industry with a retail agency as a licensed agent in their commercial lines department. Kristy continues to expand her insurance knowledge by taking various educational courses throughout the year. Kristy graduated from Interstate Business College for Travel Business.

Vicki joined the Bjornson/Sentinel – E&L team in 1999. She started her career in the Policy Service Department. Just two years later, she was promoted to a property/casaulty underwriter specializing in BOPs and liquor liability.

In 2006, Vicki expanded on her insurance career by moving into the Transportation department where she is currently a Transportation Renewal Underwriter. She is currently attending classes for the INS program.
